Voltage Vessels develops advanced composite materials for large-format additive manufacturing (LFAM), with applications across defense, marine, unmanned systems, and industrial infrastructure. Based in Hawaiʻi, we connect material development with practical manufacturing and application partnerships. Our proprietary Eclipse X9 platform combines basalt reinforcement with recycled thermoplastic. Engineered for structural applications and harsh environments, it supports large-format 3D printing and a circular approach to material use. Our work spans marine structures, unmanned systems, tooling, and infrastructure components. We are building a materials platform with relevance across industries: composite feedstock, application development, and distributed manufacturing capability. Our goal is to help partners move from material evaluation and prototype development toward repeatable production.
